MEET FRANK SANTO

 

My name is Frank Santo and I have spent a lifetime dedicated to fitness! I want to work with you to help you reach your full potential and desired goals.

 

With over 29 years of experience in the gym, more than 20 years as a teacher, and ISSA certifications in both personal training and nutrition, I am confident that together we can create a workout plan that helps you reach your goals!

 

The F.R.E.S.H. FIT "core values" were carefully selected to represent my philosophy, method and beliefs. I am completely committed to you, the process and a higher purpose!

Services

Individualized personal training features workouts, progress monitoring, and adjustments made for your goals, fitness level and schedule. We can design programs for strength, hypertrophy, muscle endurance, cardio, flexibility, functionality and athletic performance. You will always also have complete access to my digital file.

Start with a free consultation. We'll talk about where you are, where you want to be, and build a plan together.

Online Training - $30/hr

Train with me from anywhere. Online sessions work with whatever equipment you have - even just bodyweight. I'll guide you through every rep, correct your form in real-time, and keep you accountable. Perfect for busy schedules, travel, or anyone who prefers working out at home.

Individual Training - $40/hr

In-Home Sessions: workout from the comfort of your home. I can bring light weights and equipment to your residence or choose an online session at a lower cost. (We can work with the equipment you have.)

My Garage Gym: meet at my personal gym with everything you need for success. (check the website for our numerous equipment options)

Group Training- $30/hr per person

Small Group Training: workout with friends and/or family for extra motivation, accountability and the power of a team working with you.
